Azaria was established in 2010 as a market entry strategist offering a unique blend of advisory and implementation services to their customers. As an extension of Pijikay, Azaria provides a full range of smarter sourcing services of the highest quality. Today, Azaria sources a variety of agricultural products, buffalo meat, rice, spices and poultry.
OPERATIONS - This team reviews, plans and monitors daily operations and logistics related to landings, loadings and harvests.
HACCP & Audits – The team conducts internal audits of each of the factories we work with in terms of policy implantation of food safety measures, HACCP / EU / FDA / IFS 9000 and other international certifications.
QUALITY CONTROL – This team monitors quality through inspections of the product from the raw material stage to online processing, packing and loading.
DOCUMENTATION – Supervises and coordinates all exports with custom and shipping lines with our buyers and suppliers.
MARKETING & PROCUREMENT – This team evaluates vendors and markets for both new and existing products. They are involved in the daily pricing of products and coordinate all communication between buyers and suppliers.
